Step 1: On the right side of the customer comment, there is a button called 'Choose One.' Click on it and select 'Post a public reply.'
Step 2: Important notes before clicking ‘submit
Step 3: Type your response in the box, then click ‘Submit’.
How we respond to reviews:
💡NOTE: We want responses to reviews to be personalized if possible. Since our review will be posted publicly, avoid using the same response for every review/rating. If the customer expresses something specific (taste, benefit, etc), address it directly!
For 3-5-star reviews, respond with a short reply and make sure to include the RYZE Superfoods signature at the end of the sentence.
For Spanish 3-5-star reviews, we’ll also respond in Spanish.
For 1-2 Star Ratings:
